 storage loft runs the full width of the shed and is 32" deep. Use for bulky items or not so much used things you may have.

Able to withstand mower or snow blowers 

Custom Painting - $2.50 Per Sq Ft

 If you would like different color than the standard tan. We use Benjamin Moore Premium Paint and Sherwin Williams

Custom Dormer Roof - $1800

A dormer can add more light higher room look and charm to larger sheds. The dormer roof can be added to shed 10x12 and larger. The roof pitch must be raised to a 33 degree angle and it can only fit on sheds 10ft wide or larger.    

18" Wide Flower Boxes - $50 ea( based on availabilty from supplier)

Vinyl flower boxes are Available in White, Black, Green, Maroon, Blue

Typicaly we charge $8.00 per square ft. Example: 10x10 Old Shed = 100sq ft so the price would be $800 to demo and dump.
